This blog has one purpose and that is to get students to respond critically to a written book review. I will write book reviews of books that I have read to classes or books that are in the collection. Students will respond to my reviews. During the school year I will have a book review club in which I will teach critical thinking skills as they relate to book reviews. The specifics of this project will be discussed in the classrooms and during scheduled times in the library. I look forward to participating in a collaborative effort with the students of Spring Valley Elementary Science School.
